Ardova Plc, a leading integrated downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria, has entered into a bulk purchase framework agreement with Dangote Refinery. This deal aims to ensure a steady supply of petroleum products at affordable prices for Ardova’s customers.
According to Grant Onome, Head of Brands and Corporate Communications at Ardova Plc, the agreement will enable the company to offtake a full range of petroleum products from the refinery. This framework solidifies the existing relationship between Ardova Plc and Dangote Refinery, promoting a competitive landscape in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas industry.
Ardova Plc is a leading Nigerian indigenous and integrated energy company involved in the distribution of petroleum products. With an extensive network of over 700 retail outlets in Nigeria and significant storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos State, Onne, Rivers State, and Oghara, Delta State, we procure and distribute petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Our services also involve the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of quality lubricants from our oil blending plant in Apapa, Lagos. These lubricants include Super V, Visco 2000, and Diesel Motor Oil. We are also the sole authorized distributor of Shell engine oils and lubricants in Nigeria,” Onome added.
The deal aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s drive for competition and improved efficiency in the industry. Ardova Plc plans to deliver products at competitive prices nationwide, leveraging its extensive network of retail outlets and significant storage facilities across Nigeria. As a major player in Nigeria’s energy sector, Ardova Plc also manufactures and distributes a range of quality lubricants.
