Dr. Owoeye Oluseyi Stephen is an outstanding financial controller with years of experience at the top levels of the accounting profession in Nigeria. He is the current Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Preciousgate Technologies Limited, which was birthed in the month of October 2020. The company represents one of the greatest milestones in his professional career.
A good part of his time, skills, experience, and attention has been devoted to building up his company to be among the top-notch ones in the industry, and ensuring all his employees buy into the company’s vision and meet its targets. 16 years ago, he graduated from the Lagos State University with a BSC in Accounting. Thereafter, he began his professional career with Abex Express Parcel Services as an Accounting Assistant. His outstanding performance earned him a higher position as the Management Accountant. He applied his tremendous passion for excellence towards the progress and success of Intercontinental Properties Limited as Financial Controller, Edgebase Technologies Limited as Executive Director, and a number of other private enterprises where he advanced his career. His proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements helped improved the fortunes of all the companies where he worked.
His experience in technological business applications has earned him a reputation for efficiency. He has partnered with several companies, including Vego Oil, Microsoft Net, and Piza Pham, especially in the area of software instalments. These partnerships further exposed him to the world of IT and accounting software.

His professional career has been further enriched and made more robust with his passionate interest in strategic leadership and management. He obtained an IMBA Certificate from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, in 2019. He is presently running a PhD programme in Strategic Leadership and Management from LIGS University, America.
He is a Doctoral Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Finance Professionals, USA and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial Control of Nigeria (CFIFC). He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.
He has attended professional programmes such as the MCPE of the Chartered Institute of Financial Control of Nigeria. He holds the Certificate in Financial Modelling from the Lagos Business School, Certificate in Computer Applications, and IFRS Training in KPMG.
Dr. Owoeye attributes his successful professional career to the Almighty God, who has blessed him with hard work, integrity, transparency and grace. He is a Minister at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and is happily married with two children.
