The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) has deployed a crack team of investigators from her Intelligent Response Team (IRT) to dig out all issues surrounding the abduction of over 300 school children from Government Senior Secondary School, GSSS, Kankara, Katsina state by Boko Haram.
The tactical team is led by DCP Abba Kyari, a no-nonsense police investigator that has successfully handled various cases of kidnapping and armed banditry in many states of the federation.

Nigerians have lauded the appointment of Kyari as the anchorman of this rescue mission, in view of his achievements in unraveling many cases of kidnapping in Lagos and other states in South-Western Nigeria. Many citizens, in the social media, have expressed hope that Abba Kyari, alongside his IRT tactical team will succeed in this complex effort to track down the group of bandits that kidnapped hundreds of school boys in Katsina state.
