Report has it that one person has died as a result of a clash between some young men in Agosasa, Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Alari David, the deceased man was allegedly stabbed to death by three brothers and their friend on Thursday.

The people in the environment exposed the suspects which include one Mr. Umar Musa, Taiwo Musa, Kehinde Musa and Kehinde Oyajinmi.

The Information gathered revealed that the crisis had started on Wednesday evening when David was first attacked by his alleged killers during a fight.

David was said to have gone to the Musas’ house on Thursday to report the incident of the fight to his attackers’ parents.

An indigene of Agosasa, who refused to be identified revealed that another fight ensued when David got to his attackers’ house without meeting their parents at home.

‘They stabbed the boy on Tuesday and he went to report the incidence to his attackers’ parents in the company of his friends.’

‘On getting there, he didn’t meet the parents but met the guys with knives,’ the source said.

It was gathered that another fight broke out and ‘the boys attacked David again, stabbing him in the chest.

‘He was immediately rushed to Olutunu Hospital in Agosasa, but he died at the gate of the hospital,’ the source disclosed.

It was also revealed that David’s friends who were enraged, as a result of his death, set the suspected stabbers’ parents’ house on fire leading to a serious riot in the community.

Traditional institutions in Agosasa community, however, came to intervene in the situation and calm the indigenes.

As at Friday, the three brothers and their friends are yet to be arrested. It was revealed that they had fled the town immediately.

Abimbola Oyeyemi, the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, said that he had not been briefed about the incident. He stated that he will revert as soon as he confirms Information.
