10,000 fans of the Nigerian Super Eagles will be allowed to enjoy the friendly match against Algeria, and Tunisia at the Jacques Lemans
Arena, in Austria, on October 9. The Australian Government had long relaxed their COVID19 LOCKDOWN, so they allow a maximum of 10,000 fans to watch the matches.

Coach Gernot Rohr, the Nigerian Coach had invited 25 Foreign-based players captained by Ahmed Musa.

In order to safeguard everyone, visiting fans are excluded from the stadium.

According to Christian Ebenbauer, Head of the Austria Bundesliga, ‘Football thrives on emotions, not only on the pitch but also on the stands. So it wasn’t an easy decision for clubs to take, to allow as many home fans as
possible and to do without visiting clubs’ fans during the coronavirus restrictions.’
